I buy it & feel ashamed & need to take it back. where can I get help. or how do I brake this addiction. What are the step. or ways to help my self.?

Shopping is okay when it's done in moderation and you know your spending limitations. It looks to me that you're a serious shopaholic and I feel like you have to deal with this problem with the help of a professional. There's usually something missing or lacking in your life and you're making up for it by maxing your credit card and taking it out on shopping even though you're drowning in debt. I strongly suggest you seek help. Assess your life and think about why you're taking it out on shopping too much, do you have some unfinished business you're avoiding or insecurity issues? Tell someone in your family or close friends about it so you have a support group to help you deal with your problem. Best wishes and stay away from the mall! :)

Find other things to do. Take cooking classes or learn a foreign language.

Go to your closet and count your outfits. You will soon realize you don't have enough days in a year to wear the same outfit twice. Do you really need that many?

Every time you see a store walk in the opposite direction. Give your car keys to a trusted friend for a couple of days. Find stuff to do around the house.

Only way to stop this need to spend is to try and see a social worker, they can help and will refer you to a person whom has been through this
No need to go see a shirink as many will tell you , just look for a social worker they are used to this kind of behavior.

i also love shopping but i dont spend that much as you do.. lucky me, i dont have that money... anyway perhaps you could find another hobby or sports where you can engage yourself into.. try to be busy doing other stuff.. have a job or if you want apply as a personal shopper or open up your own boutique..

Talk to a counselor. This is a form of addiction that you should get some help with.

Um i see your problem, but i'm glad you don't have expensive taste like prada and dior... that would really suck. at least you are only spending $50 on a shirt, and not $500
