Where may I type in someones name, and find out where they lived 25 years ago, for free?

You can't. There are some data mining companies that might be able to provide that type of information, but they're damn sure not free.

If you know what city they lived in call the library and have them look up in a city directory for the address. Other than that, you might ask a relative.
