If you want to get technical just to dodge answering a simple question, why can't you use proper capitalization for your screen name?
I don't because i don't like the way the capital "i" and the small "L" look the same.

PDOOMA isn't common enough to deserve the status of a non-capitalized acronym such as "scuba". WTF!

Acronym capitalization.
Q:
Sometimes I see acronyms in all uppercase, sometimes all lowercase, and sometimes in mixed case. What is the correct capitalization of acronyms?
A:
Usually, acronyms are all caps, being the first letter of each word in the phrase: NASA, UN.
Sometimes such acronyms become words and go to all lower-case: snafu, tanstaafl.
Some start out in all lower-case, especially when they are made from syllables of words and designed to be pronounceable: radar (radio detecting and ranging.)
This last may have capital letters scattered here and there, reflecting capital letters in the original proper nouns: SoHo (south of Houston Street) in New York City.
The London neighborhood, however, is spelled Soho; it's just a name.

Why do folks listen for the slips and errors rather than for the substance? The vast majority of people put in front of a live camera, knowing MILLIONS are watching, couldn't do as well. Most would sound like blithering idiots. Try it.

The American President's mind is too simple. My 3 year old nephew can speak better english. As for the Iranian president, he is unquestionably a well educated and serious man. His english from what I have seen is alright, but needs improvement. However his arabic is quite good, almost better than that traditional arabs. But intellectually I unquestionably think the American's are lucky they have such a well educated leader, can't say the same about the president of the US.

Why can't you use proper grammar? The word English should be capitalized.
Pdooma is an acronym. There is no need for any capitalization, unless it starts a sentence.
Not necessarily. It depends on how the acronym is used. The word "laser" is also an acronym and it is not generally in all capital letters. Scuba and radar are also acronyms.
One of my favorite terms we used quite frequently in the military and in engineering. I'm flattered you've taken the time to look this up. It gives me all kinds of warm fuzzies inside.

Do you capitalize modem when you write it as well?
What I'd like to know is why no one seems to know anything about the Middle East peace talks coming up. This is the second time I've posted a question on it and haven't gotten an answer. It seems to me it would be a significant political event.
Perhaps we are in different circles, where what's common to me, is not common to you. Just a little snafu. Oops. SNAFU. You like them capitalized.
There are 9060 references to pdooma if you Google it. Not all that rare. Half the time it's capitalized, half the time it's not. I'm sorry this is bothering you to this extent, but I hold firm to my initial point that the word "English" as you used it is always capitalized.
Cheers.
Your question presumes that I agree with you that he can't speak English fluently. But since the initial assumption is faulty, there's no reason to answer that which there is no reasonable answer. For example, you could have asked why is the grass orange? If I answered the grass isn't orange, that still doesn't answer your question, since you didn't ask if it is or isn't, but rather why.

Aside from the previous answers, I actually know the truth. George Bush or "quaSiseymour" as he is known on his home planet of Scitekandtaby, where they capitalize the fourth letter of their names, only became native to this launguage by means of watching Dallas reruns and Westerns starring Charelton Heston. Many of the leaders of other countires know the truth about Bush as well, thats why they call him "cowboy" and why in so many shots you see him squinting. Bush's language problems is just a mere phonetics issue, dialect problem, like why people from Trenton, NJ say Trenton like "trenten" instead of Trenton.

It's a Texas good old boy act from someone with a many ties to New England. He has the best Master's degree money can buy--from Harvard, no less. He was born in Connecticut. Check out the compound in Maine where his parents live.
His English "mistakes" would hurt no one during a game of pool at the local hangout, but they make him sound dumb as president. I am embarrassed for him, and he is an awful example for children.

His supporters love to point out that he went to Yale. It just goes to show that he was admited not because of his intelligence but because he was his father went there and he was admitted as the offsprint of an alumni. It's a shame that someone else was denied a spot in Yale because Bush was admitted instead

I had a penpal in Italy who said nobody in Europe would ever vote for an ex-alcoholic to be their president because everyone knows (he said) that alcoholism causes brain damage. That might explain a lot!
But remember Bush's dad also had trouble forming whole sentences, and he was pretty smart. He spoke in parts of sentences. 'Not gonna do it. Wouldn't be prudent.'
So it might be something that runs in the family.

I think he speaks it as well as all the other politicians, only in a Southern accent. Northern folks speech and words seem strange to the South. But we all speak English in a slightly different accent, so why harp on just Bush, remember Hillary southern accent, then the farmer act, mob speech etc. At least he sticks with one accent, not many different ones to gain votes in different states.

Some people simply are not good at giving speeches, (I am one of them) it doesn't mean they aren't good leaders or are not smart. Clinton was a good speaker, but he sucked as a President!
Someone said lets hope he doesn't blame Muslims.... Thats brings up another interesting point. Since most people missed it, and the National media won't cover it, a person was beheaded and burned in Michigan this week. Gee, I wonder who could have done this??? My guess is Muslims! But the do-goodys from the FAR left say we need to bring more Iraqi refugees in to this country, and give everything to the Muslims that they want. Also an Iman from Wash. DC said their goal is have America under Muslim law by 2050!! Maybe we should wake up right now before its too late!!!
