yes i think arod would help a ton, cause he can bring what the halos need most, a great slugging percentage
having arod behind vlad would certainly get the big guy more to hit, though i dont think thats neccesarily and issue seeing as how hes the best bad ball hitter in baseball
but more importantly it takes pressure off vlad
with garret getting older it adds pressure to vlad because who else is going to drive in those runs? kotchman and mcpherson both have potential, and i beleive they will lead the angels in years to come, but neither is proven yet at the major league level
so i most certaintly believe arod could be the piece that gets another world series title into anaheim
GO HALOS!!!!!!!!

I think A-Rod would be a great fit for the Angels. They can keep A-Rod at 3B and Chone Figgins can pretty much play any position anyway, so he can take the place of someone else at another position like 2B or 1B. And the Angels pitching is pretty much already set. So, I think the addition of A-Rod could definitely help the Angels get farther in the play-offs.

He's what the doctor ordered, but I don't think they Angels can afford the co-pay. He'd be a good fit - the Angels are just happy to get to the post season, and never really disappointed when they're eliminated (and I'm an Angel fan, so don't think I'm a troll). So A-Rod's lack luster post seasons would fit well with that.

As an Angel fan, I think it would help solve their regular season offensive problems, but I'm not sure he would help solve their playoff offensive problems. A-Rod is notoriously known to not show up when it comes time for the postseason, and that worries me. There is always the chance a change of scenery would help him, but I'm not sure if I would want to take that chance. Not to mention, that Vlad's contract is up in a year. With all the money that Alex would be taking up on the payroll, I'm not sure if Arte could afford or would want to re-sign him. He's going to want a pay raise, and he deserves it.

although it would help a loot, i think as a person who watches almost every angel game it would be quite awkward! i mean angels are a team that go quietly unnoticed and run like a madman on fire whenever one gets on base. the whole resting is for wimps mentality.. quite different than the yanks
so as long as a-rod remembers that he is not the only superstar of the team i'll be okay i guess.. i'm skeptical :) it might be fun to see a-rod work up a sweat running hahaha okay okay jk jk people!

He would be a great fit with the Angels. He would probable hit ahead of Guerrero which would give him his at bats, not too many intentional walks for A-Rod with Guerrero behind him.

He's what the doctor ordered for any lineup. Wouldn't it be interesting if both he and Bonds ended up with the Angels?

Don't think so. He hasn't made Bobby Abreu any better. He hasn't made anybody better in his career, unlike Miguel Cabrera who makes everyone around him better.
