Use duct tape or electrical tape, press it on the bottom of the little foot and then carefully peel it off again. It should be strong enough to remove the stickers. You may have to do it a few times and it won't get them unless a bit is sticking out past the skin surface though. Otherwise, you are just stuck with one adult doing the holding and the other one doing the tweezer work.

Use a piece of duct tape. It will take them out in bunches rather than one at a time. It might take a few tries but it will do the trick. I saw this on a Discovery Health show when a child fell into a cactus and the ER couldn't get them all out. Put the duct tape on your own skin first to lessen the stickiness a bit.

I don't know if this works for thistles but it does for those little burrs. I gently dab some Elmer's Glue on where I think I've got one of those (usually in my finger) you know, the kind you can't really see but you can feel it. Let the glue dry completely then peel it off. This works for me. Good luck! The little darlin' ought to be asleep by now...

tape or wax. the stickiness will grab a bunch at once and pull them out. I saw it on Untold Stories of The E.R. on TLC when someone fell into a patch of cacti, and the parents wouldn't allow the doctor to do sedation. The doctor used wax to remove the thorns. Try it. It might work. Or you could go to a hospital and pay that bill.

Give him a nice hot bath just before bed and put some magneplasm (not sure if thats how its spelt) on it to help draw them out. Once he is asleep grab the tweezers and they should come out easily. If he starts to wake up get someone to cuddle him and gently rock him back to sleep while you continue pulling them out. Good luck OUCH!!

You could try hydrogen peroxide. If that doesn't work, you may need to take him to the dr. Take care.
