Do u fear god or u only love him? U keep asking him, but tell everyone that U don’t: U only pray him to give?

hi gentleman...i both fear and love God....i love Him because He has been good to me and my family...He always showers His blessings on me and gives me each new day to realize that life is wonderful and that i am lucky...He protects me and my family and gives us other family and friends to keep us happy....i fear God because i am not perfect and i make a lot of mistakes...i fear Him because although He is a giving God, He is just at the same time....and as such, like a loving parent, He gives us punishment for sins we have committed against Him and other people...i do not think that He is a bad God because of this (because of the punishments He gives)...i think that i am only deserving to be punished as well as to be blessed...God is my father and as an ordinary human father showers love on his children, he too spanks and scolds us when we have done wrong...

i pray to God not only when i need something but i pray to Him in times of joy, sadness, fear, and anger....admittedly though i pray to Him most when i need His help, when i am afraid and unsure....hmmm....you made me think Gentleman...i think i should change this and start praying to God when i feel other things especially when i am thankful....

thanks for making me realize this...

I was on the island of Guam, going to a restaurant on the military base. I was prevented from driving my car on the base, because I didn’t have auto insurance. At the guard gate I was waiting for a base taxi, when a UFO appeared in the sky. The guard at the gate spotted it first ‘and said “Oh my God, a UFO!”’ ‘I responded by saying, “My God, it is!”’ It was hovering over the base, and silver in color. It was dawn, and you could make out the shape, as it was round. All of a sudden red lights started to flicker on and off. The ‘guard said, “They were taking pictures of us.”’ There was a cloud near, and the UFO went into the cloud or perhaps the cloud engulfed it. As you couldn’t tell which of the two moved. The taxi came and I went on to the restaurant, but oh, was I changed! As I realized that there was more to life than I knew. In my search around the world, what I discovered was many proclaimed different things. A Bible in hand I realized, surely God isn’t a hypocrite, wherein He would mean many different things. I knew if I could find the Wisdom of God given to Solomon it would solve this dilemma. Througout the ages people have worshipped some sort of god and they still do. Since Christ the relization there is one God has come about. So even though people still worship many gods. They all want to proclaim their god is the only god.

I do not fear God, I have gave my life to God to guide me, in this way there is not fear, only love and acceptance of my path to the Lord God.

I ask the Lord God for nothing, the Lord God will see that I have what I need, God sees that I help myself and for that the Lord God will guide me to what is good for me. The Lord says He will help those that help themselves. I don't expect the Lord to put food on my table. He expects effort on my part and then He provides.

When I pray to the Lord God for something it is for others. I pray that he protects children, helps the handicapped, feed the poor, stop the wars, to show people how to open the hearts and let Him guide them.

I dont fear God because he is the most loving,lovable and merciful. I ask him for a lot of things because I follow my heart and instinct .If I dont ask him for things who is my own and and has the capacity to give who will I ask?? He is the one who makes you selfless when you beg before him leaving no desire unfulfilled and at last he leaves no desire because one who has him need not desire anything in the world.I pray to him that he gives me more love and real love of his-the more love he gives the more selfless and desireless one becomes

I don't fear God. God is love and I only love him. When I pray I ask for opportunities to make my life with my fiancee successful. And when I'm afraid of something I ask him to give me serenity and help me conquer my fears or to show me the way. I also pray to help my family, friends, and my faincee's family to go throughout their days safely and happily. And that the people in this world that have not found Him in their hearts find his love soon. I also thank Him, I think many people forget to thank God for our lives and the people we have in them.

first of all what is god, who is god?

god is that belief we have in our hearts about someone protecting us, someone who has made us in such a way that we can live and experience this world he has made for us.

when we pray to god we should thank him for what he has given us, and not ask him for what he didn't give us.

it is so easy to say these things, but when it actually comes to feeling these things it really is a matter of belief

in our religions and our universal religion it is always been taught us, to thank god but we should thank god and give him the respect and we should not be afraid of him, but we should take him as our mother and father.

we ask our parents for things and expect them to know our needs, but most of the time our parents give us things before we even need to ask for them, and god gives us things when we need them not when we want them. god gives you everything, but only when you know why he is giving you it, everything has a purpose in life and what we have to do is find that purpose.

instead of asking him for things we should thank him, for when we get things we thank our parents because it is a part of their love, we are part of them we are another soul that represents them, and that is how every person on this world represents god. everyone has a trait of god, that god has given them and that is why we sometimes see god in things and people because god lies in everyone, but all we need is our heart to see them.

I do both. I love Him as well as i fear Him.

I love Him because He is my guide and i fear Him because He is my lord.

I am not like that of a person. I am a person who speaks that only which i have in my heart. I ask god as He is my lord and its my duty and command to ask Him alone.

I pray to Him to give as well as guide me. Because if you have everything and if you are mislead then that life is not at all worth to live.

Ask god because He is the only one. Ask Him and when He showers his blessings on you then your life is really worth to live...tc....sweet dreamz...bye....

I love god but in the same time I fear god whenever I do something wrong...He is the one who will forgive us for our sins..and the One who gave us lifeeeeeeeeee..
