There could never be a perfect human being, as who is going to state the definition of perfect. Everyone has a different idea of what is perfect to them and I know that most women tend to go all gooey over Brad Pitt but personally he is not my type at all.
So who is to say what perfection is although I must add that Jonny Depp does come close

Perfect by whose standards? There is no universal standard of what exactly a perfect person would be.
In any event, there are no perfect humans because, well, we're only human. We tend to forget that we're really not all that far removed from the other animals. Perhaps when we finally reach the next level of posthuman evolution, then we can seriously start talking about perfection. (Though we'll still need to define what exactly perfection means.)
