do you mean.... how soon after the op will you be able to get pregnant?
well supposedly as soon as you are ovulating the egg will be released and hopefully if the tubes have been cleared properly you will be able to fall pregnant. I don't know what the percentage chances are though. Your doctor should've told you what your chances were and how soon a pregnancy might occur. Make sure you are timing your ovulation days right.

it depends on each individual. I too had my tubes reversed 3mth ago and still waiting. I hope we don't have to wait too long.
