i have around 50% marks in class 12th. Should I write that explicitly that on my resume or hide that in some manner. Pls help

Usually in resumes you want to put your best foot forward. If the best you can do is that, don't even apply for a job that requires a resume. They are always hiring for sign spinners on street corners. And some people really turn that into an ART!!!

I am not sure where you are located, but in the U.S., it is not customary to put your GPA on your resume unless it is impressively high. Do not lie - that can get you into trouble if they find out that you were not truthful. People have been fired after decades at a job just because they lied on their resume. But you do not need to put it on there at all.

Just write the good stuff and hope that they ask about that. You want an employer to give you a job doing what you are good at so what use is telling them what you are bad at going to be?
