he doesnt. as an electorate, WORKING americans understand the set of checks and balances in place in the government. any president has to abide by and live with these balances. for a real example of how these can be violeted, look no further than bill clinton.

Well keep in mind that we have a system of checks and balances and he can only do so much. His power really is limited by the other branches, it is easy to blame him, but Congress has to give him money and approval.
