I think he will end up reducing his asking salary and come back to the phillies. the white sox are interested in torii hunter, and hunter is interested in them - that was rowand's favorite team that he wanted to sign with. but of course they won't sign 2 center fielders. seeing as there aren't many other good team that want him, i think he is going to stick with the phils because he knows they are on the right track and he could have a future here. he is just going to have to lower his asking pay because thats just ridiculous

Maybe back to Chicago...but not to White Sox, to the Cubs..i doubt it will happen but he is a great fielder and hitter...They want to get rid of Jacque Jones so i think Rowand would be the man for the spot.

I think hes coming back to the White Sox and many believe he was the heart and soul of the team in 2005 so it will be great to have him back again. The Sox have mentioned Hunter but i think he is going to price himself out and eventually wind up with the Yankees.Rowand is coming off a monster/career year and didnt want to leave to begin with.

The Phillies or Astros. I think he will get a contract that is far higher than his value, because he had one pretty nice season in a pretty pedestrian career.
