If you can access the internet from your phone(you should be able to), go to 3gforfree.com. It has free games, ringtones (real and polyphonic) and more. Check it out I used to use it constantly.

Do you have a way to transfer files from your computer to you phone, such as a cable or Bluetooth? My phone (Motorola) has Bluetooth, so I can connect to it via my laptop and transfer any MP3s to use as ringtones that I want from my laptop.
