1. you should have your video recording uploaded on ur computer.
2. sign up for a new account in youtube.com
3. upload your video recording on youtube.com

well, you need to make a video first, using microsoft movie maker, then when you have you need to create an account on youtube, click on upload and follow the instrucutions.
