I dont exactly know how fantasy hockey works?

I have a league for yahoo and i dont know what gives you the most points or what position gets you the most points or anything like that.
Can you help me?

Depends on what kind of league you are in. The possibilities are endless. That said, in your average default rotisserie league, you are ranked based on goals, assists, +/-, penalty minutes, power play points, shots on goal, wins, save %, goals against average, and shutouts. If you are first in your league in goals, for example, then you get 12 points in a 12-team league. If you are second, you get 11. Third, you get 10. Last, you get one point. This is true for each category I mentioned above, and the points are added together. Your rank in the league depends on total points in relation to everyone else's total points.

That said, there are many different leagues that do many different things. Check your league's settings and the help menu to get more information.

p.s. The positions don't really matter. You just want to make sure you have the best possible players available for each position.
