Yukon river king salmon the highest oil content of all the salmon ...though Copper river first run reds are really tasty too... raw with a bit of lemon or soy sauce... fresh still twitching...yummmy...some alaskan glassblower... if it aint twitching why eat it ...fresh is the only way to eat it ...right girls....

If I'm actually dining, salmon wins hands down (and you didn't know a salmon had hands) but if I'm sitting around the house looking for something quick, tuna wins. Tuna tastes fine in pre-packaged form (well, with a little salt and garlic), but salmon in that form makes me sad for the real thing.

i'm vegetarian, so neither. yet as quickly as I did eat fish, i could choose the salmon over the tuna (even 'tho i individually like tuna & not salmon) by means of fact dolphins are killed by way of tuna fishermen. i understand the familiar public thinks that would not ensue anymore, even though it occurs as much because it ever did. that's a horrendous sight to make certain the dolphin being pulled up interior the nets, some slightly alive, putting from the nets, & drowned interior them. i don't want to place a damper on the "barbie" yet I take any risk i can to objective & coach people approximately this & different animal abuse themes. If I made a distinction to a minimum of one individual, it is extremely worth it to be the "social gathering-pooper." Sorry.
