women should be treated the same but keep this in mind, women cant make the boy get arroused enough and insert it in them . the boy commits this act .granted the boy does what nature has taught him to do and that is to breed. it is statutory rape with her being older nature is nature and the age differnce is what convicts her not the act.

Is 17 below the age of consent on your section then? is nineteen? She's no longer a pedophile anymore then a 19 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous guy boffing a 17 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous lady must be, *even* below the age of consent. It pisses me off at the same time as human beings use that factor period because it makes the absolutely note lose it really is impact the position it really is due 'pedo'=baby, phile=loving. A 17 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous isn't defined as a baby considering they have gone via *puberty*, oftentimes over the age of 14 is now no longer a baby. a real pedo lusts after babies, it extremely is the charm. At worst your daughter is an ephebophile in words of names, yet even that couldn't keep on with because she's an adolescent too, yet she's also breaking the regulations of consent and so will be prosecuted. I one way or the different suspect you're a troll notwithstanding because you've used such previous children, had you said 19 and 14 i ought to were in compete contract notwithstanding it style of appears like you're trolling. Fail.

I don't know when "men" can ever take their foot off the pedal in their treatment of women. For millennia, the so-called weaker sex have been the lesser sex in many many societies and at every strata. "Tougher on females?" If only you were born a female...
...you would not be so concerned about "equal justice" for both the genders (not that justice has not been served).
It's not the judges per se, it's the entire judicial system devised by men. Perhaps you need to study it first, state by state.

It's absoltely true that women who do thisneed to be dealt with as a serious crime. However, one important difference is girls who are raped or convinced to have sex are emotionally harmed in ways boys are not. Sex is not the same for boys and girls and the after effects are vastly different. From what I have seen the women who have done this have been severely punished where men who are rapists get 8 years or less and often do it again (repeatedly) when they are released. The women are not dangers to society for the most part. It's hard to see the equality in any of it.

You don't know what you are talking about... judges are ALREADY harder on women for statutory rape more than men.
PBS did a series on this imbalance last year. Adult women found guilty of having any type of sexual relation with underage males that have been convicted in the USA received sentences 40% longer than their male counterpart.
I would suggest researching a subject before you jump into a question.

People that answer honestly and go against the majority are harassed thus this is not easy to answer. It depends of how one was brought up.

i doubt there's very many women who do that. and the boys who are "molested" are probably high-fiving their friends the following morning.

By the nature of the act, you'd find few complainants.
