My favourite hot sauce brand would be tabasco because its all orginal and has the best quality in hot sauces.

There is a type of hot sauce manufactured and sold only in the South East Side of Chicago labeled quality brand hotsauce which has also been dubbed (Hienies Hot Sauce) which was made popular by a Chicken Joint that helped make this sauce popular. It has an Orange color to it and its primary ingredient is derived from mustard seed, but one of the other ingredients is the same stuff used in pepper spray. It is the most awesome hot sauce that can be used on chips, pizza, chicken, pour a few drops into your ramen noodle soup for a nice zing. Here is an article on the product:

I also have a picture from my own kitchen, I now Live in Austin, TX but keep these in stock as I really, truly cannot live without my (Hienies hotsauce).

*** Kickin' Hot Sauce is one of my favorites, but the one currently in my home is a nice bottle of Crystal Hot Sauce. Goes great on Bacon Cheeseburgers.

Frank's "Red Hot" Sauce. Classic! I buy it in the one-gallon jug from the bulk section at the grocery store. Robust, zingy, without burning too much from the roof of my mouth! I like it on my tacos, burritos, eggs, and chili!
p.s: This is also the original pepper sauce used in the creation of Buffalo wings.

I have two, Tabasco and Louisiana Hot Sauce. Tabasco is hotter and the other has a milder and more flavorful taste.

Louisiana hot sauce.
Cayanne pepper has a great flavor and mild heat.
