a. Yes -200% correct, he is not able to contain runs, or taking wickets. Fear to bowl in last 10 overs of the opposition team innings. Feat to especially against aggressive batsman in final overs. 45-50th over he is completely feat to bowl to opposition team batsman. Yes he is part-time spinner. He has to learn a lot to become genuine spinner.

He is a good spinner and a handy batsman who scores at lower order. May be he is not picking upt he wickets these days but he is not an expensive bowler.

I do not think that anybody has seen him bowling in today's match will dare to say that. He is truely a match winner, but no one can expect a bnowler to win all the matches he plays on his own.

he has been saving a lot of runs for india but is not able to pick wickets if he works hard in that area iam sure hell be a match winner

c. I think you forgot india-australia test series when Harbhu stoped australia's victory'"Rath"'.Offcourse some times he does'nt gets wicket but it happens with every player.
