Like UK, Japan, Spain etc.. why this modern democracy nation monarchy still there?

Very much because of tradition, yes. But most of the monarchys today are only constitutional democracies, which means that the regent is in fact the head of state, and he is the one who asks the leader of the election winners to form a government.

But the power over the country is, due to the constitution, divided between the Parliament, Supreme Court and the Government. Look at it this way: USA have a president while we have a king.

Tradition.

The monarch is a parliamentary democracy like the UK or Japan is a symbol of the country, and honored in the same way as the flag is honored in the USA.

when a ruling party in democracy miss behave and you required to wait for the next election before you can kick them out so to let you feel at easy with yourself since you only sworn loyalty to the king and the flag of the your nation in your vow as a citizen

It's purely symbolic and out of tradition. The Royal Family weilds almost no power in the UK, most of the power is in Parliament, but the Royal Family is still "in power" out of tradition.

It is symbolic. The royal family is a figurehead which can help lead the nation even without direct political power.
