Garie Sim has done some tests with small bottles of liquid polymer clay (and items inside)... he feels that the Fimo brand of liquid polymer clay is best for this application.
You can see the results of his trials on this page, and more in that area:

Some of the liquid clays will swell during baking if there's a lot of it, but I don't think that would be a factor with glass since it's fairly strong and as long as you leave a bit of open room for the liquid clay to swell upward.

As for putting paper into liquid clay, it may become transparent like it would if you'd use a polyester "casting" resin or epoxy resin since paper is porous. If that happens and you want to avoid it, just give the paper a coat of diluted white glue or acrylic sealer (most acrylic sprays should work too), then let it dry before putting the paper into the liquid clay.

You could try it, but if it doesn't work, make a 2-sided mold of the bottle using some regular polymer clay. Bake it and then when it's cool, put the 2 pieces together, bottom up. Tie them with som non-flammable string. Squirt a little bit of the liquid polymer clay into the mold, add some objects, and fill the rest of the way with the liquid.

Liquid polymer clay, more than ordinary polymer, needs to be baked to drive off the solvent and fuse the plastic particles. Simply letting it sit around will not dry it and eventually the solvent escaping will leave a crumbly material behind

Most likely the glass would break from the heat unless you use some kind of cooking wear !!!
