For my DVD purchases I go to Circuit City because they have them cheap the first week of release and you usually get a little something with them. Doesn't really matter to me though. Whichever has what I need.

Best buy sells seconds, they put returned merchandise back on the shelves, they have a sucky return policy and no service dept.
Go Circuit City.
