i have spf 30 citrus flavor i got from radio station promo sent to me..

As long as it's at least SPF 15 you are okay. You can use something higher if you like but that just depends on your own personal preference.

I would try to use the highest spf possible.
Adding two chapsticks together doesn't work
e.g. you have 2 chapsticks, one spf 15 one spf 8. If you apply both you do not have spf 23...its just spf 15.

doesn't matter much unless I go on vacation, then I get something with a higher SPF

SPF on Chapstick? I think its a gimmick to make you think you need it. Lip melanoma? Never seen it.

I just use 15. It doesn't really matter to much to me, I just want to keep my lips from being chapped at that moment.
