There's overwhelming evidence that a plane hit the Pentagon as follows:
1) Dozens, if not hundreds, of people stuck on I-395 saw the low-flying plane & their testimony is well-documented in the press. Quoted from Wikipedia, “American Airlines Flight 77”:
... Steve Riskus witnessed the plane crash into the Pentagon, as he was driving along Washington Boulevard and stopped to take photographs moments after the impact.[21] Mary Lyman, who was on I-395, saw the airplane pass over at a "steep angle toward the ground and going fast" and then saw the cloud of smoke from the Pentagon.[22] Jim Sutherland, also on I-395, witnessed the plane pass 50 feet overhead, heading in a straight line into the Pentagon.[23] Mary Ann Owens, of Gannett News Service, was stuck in traffic near the Pentagon when she saw the airplane pass 50 to 75 feet overhead and crash into the Pentagon.[24] Another witness, Daryl Donley, saw the crash as he was driving on Washington Boulevard. Among debris that was scattered as the plane crashed, he found a "scorched green oxygen tank marked 'Cabin air. Airline use'" on the road.[24] Mr. Donley also had a camera with him, and took some of the first photographs after the crash.[25] USA Today reporter Mike Walter, while driving on Washington Boulevard, also witnessed the crash.[26] He recounted to CNN, "...looked out my window. I saw this plane, the jet, American Airlines jet coming. And I thought, this doesn't add up. It's really low. And I saw it. It just went — I mean, it was like a cruise missile with wings, it went right there and slammed right into the Pentagon. Huge explosion."[13]
(This is about half the witnesses, to save space)

2) Clear wreckage of a plane was found & photographs were printed in all the papers. Here's a nice photo from 9/11 that clearly shows plane wreckage:

3)Yes, the hole in the Pentagon was somewhat smaller than the diameter of the plane. This is explained by Professor Mere Sozen, a “Kettelhut Distinguished Professor Civil Engineering” at Perdue University. Prof. Sozen says that it’s the energy of the plane, not its size that determines the size of the hole. The plane is not a cartoon character that punches out its outline. Moving at 531 MPH it more fluid than solid and this explains why you get the hole you got. See:
http://www.purdue.edu/UNS/html4ever/020910.Sozen.Pentagon.html
=====
4) The “American Society of Civil Engineers” & the “Structural Engineering Institute” (both are non-governmental) investigated the Pentagon crash. Their report is called "The Pentagon Performance Report" & it’s at:
http://www.fire.nist.gov/bfrlpubs/build03/PDF/b03017.pdf
The report contains color photos from the relevant Pentagon security camera which was going at 1 frame/sec. It shows a blurry shot of the plane.
The report contains abundant references to plane debris & body parts found in the Pentagon. For example, on page 26 it says:
“The remains of most of the passengers on the aircraft were found near the end of the travel of the aircraft debris. The front landing gear (a relatively solid and heavy object) and the flight data recorder (which had been located near the rear of the aircraft) were also found nearly 300 ft into the structure. By contrast, the remains of a few individuals (the hijacking suspects), who most likely were near the front of the aircraft, were found relatively close to the aircraft’s point of impact with the building."
The remains of the passengers were DNA matched to relatives.
5) Controllers in Boston spotted & actually tracked Flight 77 as it flew from the Midwest to and into the Pentagon. They ordered the F16s over New York to fly to Washington to intercept it but they were too late. Are all these controllers insane?
6) Hundreds of rescue workers found plane debris & body parts. Many accounts of this were published in the papers.
7) If it was a missile, then where did Flight 77 & all its passengers go ?....

Google or type in Yahoo, Image of plane in the Pentagon You will see images of the Pentagon and proof no 757 flew into that building Look at the windows in the building; no holes from the wings and if the plane was traveling around 300 mph why did the plane only enter a short distance. There should have been parts of the plane and wasn't any. I watched in Netflix about this and no engine was found. And the twin towers, people said they heard explosions before the planes hit.

I didn't really hear much of this until you brought it up. Ih've heard theories about the towers, but not the pentagon. I'm not much of a believer when it comes to conspiracy theories, especially ones concerining 9/11. Nobody ever really mentions the pentagon hit, just the WTC. Never really mention flight 93, really just the WTC again. However, there wasnt much wreckage found at the site in Pennsylvania either. It might be scattered over a large area of land. Anyway Ihve seen videos of the Pentagon exploding, and some say they only see an explosion, but no plane. I saw some of the videos, but first of all, its hard to decide whether these videos are legitimate or not. And second of all, the plane might have been flying too fast in order to be caught on a low fps (frames per second) camera, such as a survailence camera.

The towers were taken down by controlled demolition. I know that almost for sure. Just watch them free fall, it's pretty obvious. Also, hundreds of people heard explosions go off BEFORE the planes hit the towers. As far as the Pentagon and flight 93, I don't know. It's all fishy to me and when you consider how crooked the Bush family is, it's not surprising something like this went down on their watch. It's just a shame that the people had to pay for it.

Yes it was a plane. I have many family members that work in/around the Pentagon and they all said it was a plane. Thankfully, my great Uncle retired a few years earlier because the plane hit right where his office was. The Pentagon was built in special sections. Each section was fortified so that if one fell/caught fire/was wrecked, the other sections would not do the same. Just get a history book on the Pentagon. It's a cool building to learn about because of all the security features.

I believe that an American Airlines Boeing 757 commercial aircraft did hit the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. The source link I posted below convinces me of this. The photographs show parts of an airplane in the rubble. And the eyewitness accounts are believable.

Very observant. There is a hole in the side of the Pentagon, but no damager in the horizontal plane representing the wing roots; just a hole. Since there was no horizontal damage (like a cartoon plane would leave) than that would have to mean the wings were sheared off when the fuselage hit the building.
Yet the pictures shown right after the impact (within hours) show no wings on the ground. No tail section either, yet there was no vertical damage representing the rudder.
Actually there is very little debris outside the impact other than building materials form the building itself.
Looks more like a missile impact to me.
There is an eyewitness report, on tape, of a guy who's office was two blocks away. He said something went by his window very fast making a lot of noise. He said it was large, but definitely no larger than a school bus. That doesn't sound like a 757. It does, however, sound like a large missile.
There is much, much more to 9/11 than the flimsy story we've been told. The twin towers fell in a way that defies physics, unless you accept that they were wired to blow (controlled demolition, like they do to old buildings).

There's a video of it. If there is any suspicion of a conspiracy, it should be WHO sent the plane to hit the pentagon and the world trade center, not whether the plane hit or not.

A 757 made a 16 ft. hole ? What happened to the wings? Engines? Tail ? Why was the security camera film from the 7/11 taken by the FBI? Too many weird things happened that day. I don't believe anything about the official story of the 9/11 disaster anymore.
