this is my school project and i am a bit confuse so can anyone explain?

The golden angle is the angle created by dividing a circle into arc segments according to the golden ratio, 1.618 (an approximation). Fermat's spiral provides points that are separated by the golden angle, and correspond to the locations of florets on certain plants, including sunflowers.
