Do you think handicapped people should get a ticket for parking in a regular space?

ok i'm handicapped but sometimes i park in the regular parking space. this only happens when i'm in remission and i feel like a normal person. I leave the handicapped space for people who deserve it more than me at that time. when i have flares i park it in the handicapped spaced.

I believe people should not get tickets for that because if they were normal that's where they would be parking.

in texas u cann't tell if someone is handicapped always. only when it is clearly visible or they put the handicape tag in the front when they park.

by the way i find this question very odd.

yeah once you give me enough parking spots in ANY given lot to ACTUALLY accommodate all the handicapped drivers... as the baby boomers approach retirement, there will be more and more people in need of handicapped parking and law enforcement is STILL not doing enough to keep those parking spaces CLEAR for people who actually NEED them and have the appropriate handtags or license plates.....I have a severely bad spine and it is SOOO difficult to walk ANY distance...(if I didn't have the card to LEAN OVER when I shop in stores, I would NOT be able to SHOP..)... but I have a hell of a time finding a spot to park in the lot because the TWO available spots set aside for handicapped drivers are ALWAYS full with TEENAGERS CARS who definitely are NOT handicapped ---No tag, no special plate.

LOL, no because there's not very many handicapped spaces as regular spaces, what if all the handicapped spaces are taken?

yeah sure, but then all the parking spaces would be for the handicapped.

dont you think they have enough problems already. they should be commended for trying to get out and do things that are a real struggle for them.
