how can i get my chest bigger? im only 14 .. im turning 15 in a couple months . my mom's a 38c and yet im only 34A . im seriously flat :/ like when i where stuff, my bra makes it seem bigger but its really small ! I DONT GET MY PERIOD often. i went to the doctor already . does not getting my period often influences MY CHEST? i dont want to be flat :/ its becuause i AM super flat. PLEASE HELP ME OUT .i beg you . im not a late bloomer either . my chest started growing when i was 9.

well .. thanks . [: im just afraid .. the reason why i want average ones is becuase it`ll look nicer with what i wear. if i wear a prom dress in the future , i dotn want it to look flat . but I DO kindaa .. pay attention to my grades. im TRYING. . really hard to get into ucla wheni graduate . im only a freshmen though. and i don't mean anything, but asians are kinda flat .. IM ASIAN. that's why im scared. my mom's half white and half viet. and my dad's full .. andd if you look on his side. all his sisters are WOW.. FLAT. soo that's why im just scared.. You're too young to be worrying about having a bigger chest! You're almost 15 so that means you have a few year yet of growing. You'll get there soon enough. Right now pay attention to your grades. I like small breast on a girl. Just be patient.--#)

Dude.
I have the same size chest as you. And I'm 19.
For gods sakes, don't worry about it. Bigger boobs will get you nothing. They don't make your grades better. They don't make you healthier. They don't make your relations better.
If anything, a bigger chest will get you more attention from boys. And that's all the wrong attention. You want people to like you for you. Not the size of your chest.
(Also, to answer the original question - the only way you can make your chest larger than it was meant to be is surgery. And that's just ridiculous. If your mother is 38C then you will most likely be around that size when you're older.)

I agree with everyone else but if it bothers you that much get yourself a padded bra. That will help out some. You do not want boobs that are to big for your body you will look funny. Just hang on you will get boobs soon enough.

Not having a regular period has nothing to do with your chest. And frankly, you're out of luck unless you would like to consider surgery. Sorry.

im 14 too. im a 36B. Two of my friends (who are the same age as me) are a 36A too. One of my friends is a 32A. Dont worry. They'll grow lol (=
