LSU is 1. They have won against more top 25 opponents than anyone.
Oregon #2.
Kansas #3. Undefeated, but no strong opponents.

Well Kentucky was actually ranked 17, so they were in the top 20. They beat an LSU team (with a little help from some questionable calls from the referees) that left everything on the field last week against Florida. As for BC, they have the rest of the ACC to face, so they will lose about 2 games, one being in the ACC championship game (if they make it), so that problem will work itself out. West Virginia is where they are because they haven't proved anything. LSU is where they are because it is semi-impossible for any SEC team to go undefeated because of the strength of the SEC. Every game is a do or die game in the SEC. Ohio State is at #1 because right now they deserve it. Whereas USF being #2 is ridiculous because they beat a WVU team that was without there whole offense (Pat White) for most of the game, and an Auburn team that was overrated at the beginning of the season. They will lose 1 maybe 2 games coming up because Louisville's offense is good and USF's is not. Same goes with Rutgers.

Emo Murderer -
All Cal has done is beat the crap out of the likely SEC west champ Tennessee. And, sorry but, a 3 loss team that loses to Miss. St. by 17 can't possibly be better than "most of the top 10" as you say.
Oregon has the 3rd hardest schedule according to the BCS sos component. LSU is next among the contenders at 13th. There's your one and two in that order. Kansas' sos is 84th right now. 'Nuff said.

OU is the #1 team. They have the most impressive win, and once they win the big 12 championship game, will have two top ten wins. The sec and pac 10 are both overrated. the big twelve has 2 possible three of the top 5 teams in the nation.

If I had to guess, probably LSU. If it werent for Michigan's loss today, I would have said Oregon, but I think UM losing really hurt them.
