Sounds like you have only played Ps3 exclusives and you really haven't tried out any for the 360. Gears of War, Blue dragon, halo, mass effect, lost planet, bioshock, splinter cell. Many of the games that use to be exclusives for the ps3 are going to all consoles. For example devil may cry and ace combat. Sony does have good exclusives though. I do love me some Metal Gear Solid. Try not to be a fan boy and hate on each others consoles. Lets not try to be fan boys, people bash on other peoples consoles out of ignorance. Like this guy below me he doesn't know any games out for the 360 anytime soon like mass effect (rpg), Kingdom under fire, lost odyssey(rpg), FABLE 2 (rpg), Too human. So lets do some research before we talk ok. You will most likely side with the guy that owns the ps3 because neither of you own a 360 and know nothing about it. ok no more ranting. I sound like a 360 fan boy but i do like sony as well. Both systems have great games.
I wouldn't call killzone 2 a halo killer just yet either. Once you do that the game doesn't do all that well. Just look at killzone 1. It was supposed to be a halo killer as well. what happened there? Was just another below average shooter.

Yeah, I also think that the PS3 has better exclusives. The Xbox 360's best exclusive games have already been released and in my opinion, the next big Xbox 360 game is Gears of War 2, and that game is a year away from being released.
But on the other hand, the PS3 has a bunch of PS3 exclusive games coming near the end of the year and next year like: God of War 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted Drakes Fortune, Haze, Gran Turismo 5, Tekken 6, Killzone 2, Final Fantasy XIII and more.
Xbox 360 owners say that the Xbox 360 is better just because it has Halo 3, but to me Halo 3 is just another first person shooter and is the most overrated game I have ever seen in my life. If it wasn't for the online/multiplayer for Halo 3, it wouldn't be anything. Killzone 2 will be the Halo killer.
When you list the PS3's exclusive games, you get games from all type of genres. So far, the majority of Xbox 360 exclusive games that even matter to Xbox 360 gamers are a bunch of shooters.

Finally, the big daddy of them all; games. I'm sure you know that 360 owners bash PS3 every chance they get, saying things like "The graphics are better" (which they aren't) and "There's funner and better games on the 360" and "PS3 doesn't have any good games". These are lies. Almost all of the next great games are available for both consoles, including GTA 4, Guitar Hero 3, Call of Duty 4, Assassin's Creed, Madden, NBA Live, Army of Two, Star Wars: Force Unleashed, Timeshift, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Unreal Tournament 3, and Devil May Cry 4. As far as exclusives, 360 has a few great ones, but only a few. And their "exclusives" aren't really exclusives, as you'll find below. If you're anything like me, you know that Halo 3 is amazing, almost got me to buy a 360 actually. There's also Bioshock, Mass Effect, Gears of War, and Crackdown. That's all I can think of that are actually good. And Blue Dragon doesn't count, I played it and it may be one of the worst games I've ever played. I'm not hating cause it's only on 360, but it really, really sucked. It was like Pokemon on Gameboy. You run around in a limited area, and stop and "challenge" people/things to fights that are like Pokemon fights (run, attack, heal, etc.). But there is a remedy for the lack of some of those games for PS3. If you have a Vista computer, you can buy Halo 2 for Vista, Gears of War for Vista, Bioshock for Vista, and other "Games for Vista" as they're called. Then you buy a 360 wireless controller, a gaming receiver for your wireless 360 controller, which is only $12 (a little receiver that plugs into a USB port on your computer and lets you use the 360 controller for your Vista games), and you're set. And while Vista games offer Windows Live Gold and Silver for the same price as 360, the silver edition offers online play for free. The gold only allows you to play cross platform with 360 owners if the game is capable, which most aren't. So, if you have a microsoft computer, the "exlusives" for the 360 lose their exclusivity. PS3 has many good exclusives, no matter what anyone says. Warhawk is amazing, a must have online multiplayer only shooter game. Then there's Ratchet and Clank Future, Gran Tourismo 4, Metal Gear Solid 4, Haze, Heavenly Sword, Final Fantasy XIII, Littlebigplanet, Afrika, Killzone 2, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, White Night Story, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, and of course Resistance: Fall of Man. That looks like a good game line up to me, and it'll only get better as developers tap into the vast potential of the PS3. I think Haze , Unreal Tournament 3, Killzone 2, Resistance, and Killzone 2 will kind of combat Halo 3 for online shooters, though they won't be exactly the same. Don't get me wrong, the 360 is a great system with some good points, but I think the PS3 is worth is for an extra $50. Happy buying!
