It might become a bit mushy, but if it's raw then no...
The freshness won't stay so long and it needs to be sprayed with water (as you see in the grocery) to stay fresh and edible.

By the way, on another question, I saw that you said it's your birthday, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! :)

Yeah, I think those Florette things wouldn't hold up too well. I don't think cauliflower is canned either is it?

It wouldn't hold is form and would end up mushy..
