Horses grow a heavier coat of fur in the winter and can stay out in blizzards. So also can some breeds of cows.

If you mean without some form of shelter and food given them by humans, very few. Cows will go to the lowest point in a blizzard to get out of the wind only to get buried alive in snow and then die of thirst because they don't know snow is water. Bison are much smarter than that. We have domesticated most farm animals to the point where they no longer know how to survive severe weather.

Perhaps the toughest of farm animals are domesticated Buffalo. They don't get sick, eat grass and are happy to be outside in heavy winters!
