It may help you get a scholarship.
A friend had a son who died from complications related to diabetes while he was a young college student. From what I heard, it was a very weird situation, with neither parents having diabetes, but all 3 or 4 of her kids having very severe forms of it.
When her son died, family and friends set up a scholarship at his school to be awarded to those with certain medical conditions similar to his and the family medical problems.

The only possible advantage I can see is that it may give you a topic for your application essay, if you need to talk about overcoming a personal obstacle. Certainly, however, you don't get extra points for having diabetes, any more than you would get extra points for being short or having cancer.

Having a heart murmur guarantees you a College degree.

None that I've ever heard of. Best bet would be a high school diploma and decent ACT/SAT scores.

Dibetes isn't a condition that would effect you studying. Focus on your strengths not weaknesses.
