My cycles have always been irregular as long as I could remember. They would be every other month to monthly and were always a day to three days.
I recently gave birth this last July of this year. I had a hard time coming up last November with my doctor of my last cycle to figure out conception because it was never the standard days of a typical persons cycle.
This is my third child. My sister is also the same way; irregular and she has hyperthyroidism and she has two kids, so I think there is hope for you

If you've been trying for a year and you have hyperthyroidism you might need to go to the doctor and get on some medication to help you get pregnant. However remember if you've got faith in God you will be okay. We don't always understand his reasons but He knows what He's doing. At least He gave you one.

Hi,
I am very irregular. I have never had a monthly period, its always been between 2 and 5 months.
I am now pregnant with my 2nd child. The doctor said I may have trouble conceiving as I may not ovulate often, but it happened first try both times. Might just be luck, not sure. But it will happen for you.
Good luck!

Don't know what to tell you. I've been trying with my husband for four years, with no kids. Miscarriage ten years ago and my cycles completely changed.......now I haven't been able to get pregnant since. Be happy you have one........I would do anything at this point to just have one

Instead of relying on "hope", I suggest you have a complete physical by a gynocologist. I also suggest you seek treatment for your hyperthyroidism. I find it difficult to understand, if you have been diagnosed with hyperthryoidism, why your physician is not treating you.

O.K. keep on checking yourself down there everyday - if you see the signs of fertility - these are clear mucus that is strenchy rather like an egg white - you will need to have sex on that day.

Not coming for personal experience here but my mom had irregular cycles, probably more so than yours. she had 3 pregnancies without really tyring. So it is possible and you may get lucky.
