no because it must be inheritaed trait because when u trace back to adam and eve they were not "evil' until tempted by the dvil so it cant be genetic

it can be at times but not always mostly its free will and all that fun happy stuff but some people get sadism and sociopathic/psychopathic tendencies that result from genes
