Looking for pen pals for my troop somewhere outside the USA..Anyone?

You might try one of the Girl Scout patch (badge) collecting clubs on Yahoo! Groups. Be very careful about giving out any personal information, however. You might look into getting a Post Office box or a "throwaway" E-Mail address to use when corresponding with folks. Remember safety always.
