Unless you used Jackson Hewitt, or another tax service there is no way. And since the IRS is a government entity they need written proof, you are you, and you requested the tax report.
When I requested my tax report, I tried to use www.irs.gov but all they had was the form to request the report. Its government they have one way of releasing tax reports and mailing or faxing is it.

For your 2006 tax return, if it was self prepared, no way. If someone else prepared it, check with them to see if they have a copy.

For your 2007 tax return, make a copy of it this time before sending.

if you did your own taxes there is no way to get a copy with out go to the irs!!!!

Go to whoever prepared the return originally and see if they can provide a copy.
