There's a lot of years difference between you. Things might seem all lovey at the moment, but I don't think it would honestly be anything permanent. Think of it down the road in 10 yrs. You'd be 55, she's be 31. You'd be retired way before she'd even have tho'ts of it. Truly try to think of it in a piratical view point, put your intellect over your emotions. I just feel as the years go by, so is that gap going to really take meaning. You're going to be an older man w/no one, she's still going to be young & have the pick of the crop. Is this the way you want it to be? You'd be living in different eras!

Funny you should ask for this very thing happened just recently and was in some papers. The coach was having an affair with the young lady which resulted in the coach being fired and the student dismissed. Girl was old enough for consentual sex . The institution felt it was a moral issue and acted accordingly.

No don't go there. 45 dating a 21 is questionable already, but being their coach? well that may raise a few more issues. Play it safe and don't pursue

Absolutely not. The relationship of coach/player is one of trust and responsibility. Mixing that with anything more than ethical friendship would betray the coach/player relationship and could seriously damage the coach's effectiveness and teaching capacity. Team cohesiveness would be seriously compromised (and, yes, everyone would find out). This kind of one-on-one relationship defeats the entire concept of 'team'. It would be toxic and divisive. Unquestionably, NO!

It all depends on how much you value your job as a coach. Even if you don't get paid for doing it, word will get around and you will lose your credibility. The team will suffer.

No, because you are in a authoritative position in her life. You taking advantage of the fact that she looks up to you as a coach. It the same as a college student and their teachers it’s not proper.

I know some hot *** 45 year old men. If she is almost done with college and is into you...hell yeah! I love older men! There is something to be said about experience!

It is, by nature, very flattering for an older male to be in a relationship with a much younger woman, as it would be for an older woman to be in a relationship with a male half her age.

Hell yeah.
