An emotional scar that a person suffers at the hands of another, is a permanent record on our soul. Some can be repaired by time and love. There are some that no amount of time and love will ever heal. The only way that someone can deal with a scar like that is to learn to accept it. And to move on with their life. People are amazingly resilient, serious emotional scars are like losing a limb. You learn to make do without, you adapt to a new way of life, may not be what you expected but it can be just as fulfilling.

Emotional scars? I have a LOT. But that is part of life. You have good days, bad days, and a WHOLE lot of nothing-much-happened today, days!!! You get up every morning, brush yourself off, and press forward in life.

My wife has several BAD emotional scars. She did therapy, nothing changed. The scars are still there. So she just DEALS with them.

Hope this helps.

It depends. If you mean like if you are deeply in love with someone and they just dump you, yeah, you can be scarred for life.

Yes I did at one time..... but the best way for a "scar" to heal and fade away is to forgive.
