You will intentionally cause a misfire on that cylinder. There is no spark to ignite the fuel and the engine begins to run rougher. No harm will be done and it helps you to diagnose misfires.

You will kill the cylinder and get a shock. On something with more than 2 cylinders the engine would run unquestionably but having only 2 cylinders it may stall since you've just taken away 50% of the power.

If you need to test for misfires then use a non-powered test light to kill the cylinder then you wont get shocked.

Stop and go get a set of ignition wires. Cut the old wires right off so you can get a deep socket on the plugs. When you change both the plugs AND wires you really get a noticeable change. It runs much better.

The engine may or may not continue to run off 1 cyl. And you run the risk of getting one heck of a shock.

if you pull a spark plug wire in that cylinder the cylinder will not fire and you will lose power and you will have liquid fuel in your catylatic convertor which will clog it and then your car may not start up or the fuel could pour out your exhaust pipe

the engine will start missing and probably die out on you and you may possibly get shocked from doing this also, they give out a lot of voltage, its possible it would still run on one cylinder but probably not for long, good luck.
