This will actually depend on your water temperature. The time can vary from 2-4 weeks. Although the hatching time will be quicker with higher temperatures, the lifespan of Apple (actually golden mystery snails, Pomacea bridgesii, since true Apple snails are no longer legal to be sold) will be shorter if you keep them with tropical fish. They prefer cooler water and can live for 10 years at room temperatures, but only 2-3 if the temperature is above 76o.
