It usually starts in here then goes into comments or messages then IM then talking on the phone. And sometimes it even leads up to meeting them.

pretend to bump in to them and drop books or papers and if he's a good guy he will help pick them up and then you just start a conversation from their and tell him your name and become goood friends then more than that
