Lead guitar [i wish] or piano.
or to mix it up a bit, Xylophone.
It's a very interesting instrument.

I agree with the other guy. A steel string flat top acoustic is your best bet. However, an archtop could be agood idea if you want to stay electric and play more bluesy/jazz type music. And in order to get a decent one (no ibanez or epi's), you're going to spend a decent amount of $ (gretsch or gibson). As far as a classical guitar, are you a fingerstyle player? If not probably not a good idea. And the nylon strings are not to versitile either. Your best best is to go with a Taylor (100-200 series) steel string acoustic or acoustic/electric. They are the absolute best bang for the buck. You can get a Taylor 110 for I believe $599. And it's better than most $1000-$2000 guitars. Spruce top, Rosewood LAMINATE back and sides, very versitle, geat sound. Unless you're set on Jazz/Blues go with archtop, unless your figerstyle only and like the soft sound of NYLON STRINGS, go with Classical. If you're in the middle of all these and want a guitar that will do each of these things, go with the steel string acoustic.
