4-year-old suspended after hugging teacher's aide
By Associated Press

WACO, Texas -- School administrators gave a 4-year-old student an in-school suspension for inappropriately touching a teacher's aide after the pre-kindergartner hugged the woman.

A letter from La Vega school district administrators to the student's parents said that the boy was involved in "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment" after he hugged the woman and he "rubbed his face in the chest of (the) female employee" on Nov. 10.

DaMarcus Blackwell, the father of the boy who attends La Vega Primary School, said he filed a complaint with the district. He said that his son doesn't understand why he was punished

Execution should be adequate, after all he is 4.

He's four!!!

Wake up and smell the coffee!!!!!

He's lacking in appropriate attention, compassion and love at home.

Does it really require a rocket scientist to figure this one out? Children are not born with this. He was either shown how to inappropriately touch someone or wasn't given the needed attention, but he learned this from his elders.

Wake up!!!

Children learn by example.

They're not born this way.

Child needs help~~not punishment. Have some compassion. It's your peers, somewhere, somehow, who were at fault. You need to properly look into this and get the boy help before you raise another career criminal.

Cheers :)

Do the words "over reaction" ring a bell with the Waco administrators?

US_DR_JD I understand your sarcasm, as this question proposes a ridiculous option. He obviously needs help, not to be executed or kicked out of school.

He probably saw someone do it and he is imitating it. Sexual gratification? At Four? Talk about over reacting. He should have just been taken aside and talked to........................
