happens when i turn sharp and sometimes when i stop really fast. oil pressure comes back up after a few seconds. have replaced oil pressure switch and did not change.

Check your oillevel first,if it is ok then Take your valve cover(s) off and check the return passageways for the oil, if they are clear then take your oil pan off and check the little screen on the pick up tube for your oil pump.
It may be partially clogged.

Is the Oil Level Low? Oil Galleys Maybe getting Clogged and Engine Needs a Good Flush! Be Careful, if you Starve the Turbo Doing that you'll lose it "Quick!"

The oil is surging to one side of the engine, where the oil pickup can't get to it. The only way to avoid this is to make sure your oil is at the correct level (the higher the level, the less likely this will happen - but don't overfill it, or you can break your engine permanently), or put baffles in the oil pan to help prevent the oil moving so much.
