I agree that you may bill my credit card a fee each month of $1.50 USD per $100.00 USD of the average daily balance of my credit line as provided in the terms of the Account Security agreement.

This means that for every month that your balance is at least $100.00 they are going to tack on a fee of $1.50 per $100 that you owe. So if your outstanding balance is $500.00 that you owe them it's going to be 1.50 times 5=$4.50 X 30 days.
This is why so many people are in debt up to their eyeballs because they don't read the fine print or ask someone to explain it. They are also probably tacking on a 19 to 26% interest charge as well.
Go ahead and declare bankruptcy now, before you get in any deeper.
