Yeah that's good Brian. The secret is not how far you travel.. but what your heart rate is doing.
You should try to keep your heart rate no higher than 85% of maximum. (To calc you do this... 220 - 15(your age) x 85% = 175 beats per minute.
So now what you do is interval training... you work up to 175 bets per minute and hold it for two minutes.. then slow down to let it drop back to 145 beats per minute then you build it up to 175 again and hold that for 2 minutes.... you keep doing this for at least 45 minutes and you get a good cardio workout that burns lots of fat!

If you are talking about a treadmill devise of come sort, the distance sounds unrealistic.
That kind of speed approaches or betters the record speed for marathon runners. An average person is doing well to average much more than 6 miles per hour.
Check your machine's calibrations, I believe you will find that you arfe doing lots less than 10 miles in 56 minutes.
It the machine and distance is correct, you need to try out for the Olympic Track Team.

no not at all its actually good for your weight you need to do that everyday, me myself personally i am a former ranger 3rd batalion us army 25f we run 15 miles in under 45 minutes wich is considered above average what i would recomend is start running start out 1-2 miles and work your way up to five miles non-stop a day the non-stop part is real crucial dont stop also try sprinting as fast as you can for 60 seconds then walk for like 120 seconds then do it again over and over start out doing it 10 times work up to 20 or even thirty this helps alot and is a quick fix to help with endurance good luck

5.6 minute mile.
That is excellent for someone of your age and size. Don't over exert yourself if you are just starting out, but way to go.

Any regular exercise is good. Do not judge yourself on time, strength, and so on.
Judge yourself on how you feel. Keep it up.
