I e-mailed a leasing/management Co.about the harrasment that the tenants are getting from there on site manager. My moher lives in these apts. and has for5-6yrs. Since this new manager came to the apts., my mother has been harrassed and just recieved a 90 day notice to move. I feel that my mother has been discriminated, because she has H.U.D/section 8 Asst. never had a problem before, not until recently. She is the only Hispanic elderly lady who recieved a notice to vacate. There are a few tenants there who happen to be caucasion/white with H.U.D asst. that did not recieve notices like my mother. When confronted the manager she replied that the company was longer going to accept section 8. However my mother was the only one to recieve a evection notice and No body else. I strongly feel she has been harrassed and discriminated by this manager

Yes, you can make it public. BUT... if the manager thinks that anything in it defames him, he can sue you over it.

If you really believe that your mother is being illegally discriminated against, you're better off taking her down to the local agency that administers Section 8 in your area.
