Well I would say up to 5-6 cause if there skinny jeans you should be skinny to wear them though some women can were a larger size because of height and as long as you can't see the flab your good to go.

Anything bigger isnt the best looking for skinny jeans. I wouldnt wear them if I was a size 9+

dont worry about jean sizes... i wasted a year away throwing up my food and not eating.. to look like.. a disgusting dying person.. please dont worry it makes me sad the way this world has become..i'm not promoting being fat or not caringabout how you look. but dont put emphasis on sizes and numbers because at the end of the day they are just numbers and if you died tomorrow.. would it really matter what the little number on the tag on the inside of your jeans said.. ie your size... the answer to that for any sane person is no

i would say size 12 uk depends if you have huge bum remember all shps give or take a couple of mm at least my daughter size ten chunky does sport but looks really good in hers im size 12 with belly dont suit me
