Do you think it's ok if my son only wears black?

Practically every shirt I own is black. My friends all laugh at me, but hey...black is very slimming and I've had two kids. I need all the help I can get.
I wouldn't worry about it. He probably just likes black clothes.

So long as he does not ask to dye his hair black or starts using guy-liner. Some people like wearing all of the same color cause its simple yet calls attention to itself. Personally, I like black T shirts a lot, but I always wear them with blue jeans or shorts.
I think it's ok, but it might not hurt to ask him why he likes only wearing that one color.

Black is my favorite color so i have tons of black clothes. Just as long as he does not paint is fingernails black or wear black make up and black eye liner. You might want to check with him just to make sure its just an emo phase.

yes its ok for most, he's most likely into a certain type of music right now. Let him wear whatever he wants to wear, only help his decisions if he seems like he needs help. Encourage personal style rather than what you would like to see him wearing.

wearing black is fine...
and to everyone else about the comments of dying your hair black and painting your fingernails...
my boyfriend does that... hes NOT goth, emo, gay, anything like that... people should be able to dress how they want...
if you found out he was gothic or emo... would you love him any less.. your aloud to dress how you want so why cant he... be thankful he doesnt dress in white and your not stuck washing stains out of his clothes everynight...
im sorry if i seem agressive but this is something im passionate about...
if i were you i wouldnt worry about it. black is just another colour, just like blue, white, pink, etc

and yea its normal as long he doesnt like wear black nail polish
im in high school alott of people love black he might be trying to fit in or he just likes black =]

So long as he doesn't dye his hair black, wear black makeup and paint his nails black, it's ok.
But it wouldn't hurt for you to find out WHY he only wants to wear black...

I think it's ok. It's probably just a phase that he'll grow out of in time.
