It is very hard to have in my mind so many legends and rank them between them..so i can be inaccurate...

Rey Mysterio Jr. would be next and the rest i don't really care.

first i will give you my list of 1-10
1. bret hart
2. the great muta
3. kurt angle
4. chris benoit ( i know that i will catch heat for this but he was a geat wrestler)
5. HHH
6. HBK
7. bruno samartino
8. Y2J
9. dean malenko
10. undertaker
my list was based entirly on ability, so some of the ones on your list are great wresters, others were not, they are all great preformers here is an explaination of why some did not make my list
booker t: a great preformer and wrestler, he is just outside my top 10, he is great though
foley: i am a huge foley fan, but he is very limited in his "wrestling" ability
stone cold: a good wrestler, and a fantastic preformer, just not skilled enough to make my list
the rock: possibly the greatest preformer ever, but a less than average wrestler
mysterio: a fantastic preformer, and a decent wrestler, just not enough to make my list

Booker T, Chris Jericho, Mick Foley, and Rey mysterio would be somewhere towards the middle. The other guys would at least be in the top 20.

Stone Cold at #1 -far & away the best wrestler ever in WWF/E history.
2. HHH- sheer talent & ability & can brawl all night.
3. HBK -as above.
4.Chris Jericho - future big-name draw like DX.He's getting there.
5.Mick Foley - extreme hardcore wrestling.
6.The Rock - good wrestler & sound on the mic.
7.Rey Mysterio - good high-risk aerial manoeuvres.
8.Booker T - not really a big fan tbh.
