How can i get free ring tones.?

My carrier is cingular. I want it to be completly free. When i get the song i don't want to have to go to a web site on my phone. NO INTERNET USAGE on my mobile phone!!

i have a sony ericsson it has no usb connection

The only way to get them completely free without paying for internet usage is to get a USB cable for your phone and transfer downloaded ringtones from your PC to your phone that way.
